Preheat your oven to 350° F. Line a 9x5" loaf pan with parchment paper.
Step 2
Using a food processor or blender, first grind up your oats until they resemble a flour consistency. Next add in the bananas, almond butter, eggs, sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, baking soda, baking powder and salt. Process until smooth. Toss in your chocolate and mix with a spoon. Transfer your batter to the pan and top wit a few more chocolate chips for aesthetic. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. I LOOSELY covered mine with foil the last 10 minutes because it was browning rapidly.
Step 3
Allow to cool on a wire rack for 15 minutes prior to slicing.
