Leftover syrup can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 1 week. 3 Place a coupe glass in the freezer at least 15 minutes before making the cocktail. 4 To make one cocktail: Fill a cocktail shaker halfway with ice. Add the gin, guava syrup, and lime juice. Shake until chilled through, 30 seconds. 5 Pour the cocktail into the chilled coupe glass. Garnish with the lime wedge. Enjoy!
