Step 2

Round 2: ch 1 (does not count as a st), sc 1 in each of the 9 dc (including same place as sl st), sc 6 in next ch-sp, sl st in next ch-sp, ch 2, dc 3 in same ch-sp, ch 2, sl st in same ch-sp, sc 6 in next ch-sp, sl st in 1st st (=30 st).

Step 3

Fasten off and weave in ends with a yarn needle.
