Create a sling by folding a long piece of foil in half and placing it under the pan.
Step 5
Place 2 cups of water into the instant pot and add the trivet to the instant pot. Place the foil sling and pan into the instant pot and seal the lid shut. Close the pressure release valve. Set the instant pot to steam (normal, high pressure) for 8 minutes. When cooking cycle is complete, let steam naturally release for 10 minutes. Open instant pot, remove foil and discard and serve pizza quiche with pizza sauce on the side.
