Instant Pot Steamed Crawfish Recipe – FOOD is Four Letter Word

1)STEAM METHOD: Add 1½ Cups of Water into the Instant Pot, add Crawfish, you can fill it to the top of the pot, as long as you can close the lid. Choose High Pressure for 2 Minutes, when the timer is up, switch the knob to venting. Once the pin drops, open the lid and serve crawfish immediately. Enjoy! BOIL METHOD: Add crawfish to the instant pot, fill with enough water to cover the crawfish (do not go past the max line). Add your choice of boil seasoning, close the lid and choose High Pressure for 0 Minutes when the timer is up, switch the knob to venting. Once the pin drops, open the lid and serve crawfish immediately. Enjoy!
