James Hoffmann Aeropress Recipe

Step 1

Set the brewer of Aeropress: Set the brewer in the standard position on a server. Don’t rinse the paper filter or preheat the brewer.

Step 2

Add Coffee powder: Add coffee powder inside the brewer. Customize the amount of coffee powder according to how many cups of coffee you want to make.

Step 3

Add water: Start a timer, and add 200ml water, aiming to wet all the coffee. Immediately place the plunger on to stop the coffee from dripping. Wait 2 minutes.

Step 4

swirl the brewer: Holding the brewer and the plunger, gently swirl the brewer. Gently press all the way, it takes about 30 seconds.

Step 5

Serve the coffee: After 30 seconds pour your coffee inside a serving glass and enjoy them yourself.
