Export 3 ingredients for grocery delivery
Step 1
Grind up your pork rinds in a food processor.
Step 2
Pour in the butter and monk fruit drops. If you are using any other seasonings, add these in now.

Scrape the pork rinds off the sides and blend to combine.
Step 4
Place the mixture in a pie dish. I used a 9 inch one.
Step 5
Spread and pat down the mixture.
Step 6
Bake for 20 minutes at 350 F.
Step 7
Allow to cool and set in the fridge as you make your cheesecake or pie.
Step 8
Pour your cheesecake or pie on top of the pork rind crust and bake according to your cheesecake recipe instructions.
