Lavender Cotton Candy Gummy

Step 1

Add all ingredients except for the super agar and reduced tincture to a medium saucepot. Bring to a boil.

Turn off flame, add super agar and reduced tincture. Stir lightly with a whisk until super agar is mostly dissolved.

Step 3

Transfer the mixture into a high-speed blender like a Vitamix or Nutribullet. For best results, this step is vital. Using a high-speed blender truly breaks down all of the finer pieces of agar and not only binds it to the mixture better but also makes for a smoother gummy upon completion. Use a small rubber spatula to scrape out all of the mixture as some will remain after pouring.

Step 4

Pour the mixture into Magical gummy trays and allow up to 45 minutes to become firm in the fridge. Enjoy!
