Step 1

Pour the juice into a saucepan and heat on low.

Stirring gently, add the honey and pinch of salt, mixing well until dissolved. Very slowly, add in the gelatin powder and continue stirring until the gelatin dissolves and there are no lumps.

Add your infused oil and lecithin. Mix well.

Step 4

Using a clear eye dropper, spoon, or measuring cup with a spout, carefully add the mixture to your silicone gummy mold. Try to work quickly before the mixture begins to set or separate.

Step 5

Gently put the mold on a flat surface in your refrigerator and wait at least 4 hours for the gummies to set.

Step 6

Remove from the mold and store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
