Preheat your oven to 375F.
Step 2
Heat a saucepan on medium heat. Add a splash of olive oil and add your frozen Beefless Ground Beef. Cook for a few minutes until it is soft.Add 1/3-1/2 cup of water and your taco seasoning. Keep cooking until the water is absorbed.
Step 3
On a large sheet pan, spread out half of your chips. Cover with half of the cheese and half of the beef. Bake for about five minutes, or until the cheese is melted.
Step 4
Remove from the oven and add the rest of the chips on top. Then, add the rest of the cheese and the beef on top of the second layer of chips.Bake for 10-15 minutes or until the cheese is melted. (Cooking times can vary depending on the size of pan you use)
Step 5
Remove from the oven and add your toppings. Serve with guacamole, salsa, sour cream, or any of your other favorite toppings.Enjoy!
