Salt & Pepper London Broil, then place on grill and lower the grill to medium/high heat

When th meat releases from the grill and has nice grill marks, flip it over and cook for an additional 10 to 12 minutes

Cook to an internal temperature of 140 degrees for medium and 160 for well done
Step 6
Let rest for 10 minutes before cutting to keep all juices in the meat
Step 7
While London Broil is cooking, heat a frying pan and add the butter
Step 8
Add mushrooms, onions, Worcester sauce and salt and pepper to taste.
Step 9
After meat rests, slice on an angle against the grain and serve with mushrooms and onions
