Step 1

Preheat the oven to 180°C (approximately 350°F). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Separate the eggs and place the egg whites in a bowl. Mix the marzipan with the ground almonds and powdered sugar and stir until creamy.

Step 2

Cut the dough into 6 elongated triangles and spread the marzipan cream on the wide, bottom side. Roll up to tip to make a croissant and place on the baking sheet. Mix the yolks with the milk and brush on the tops of croissants. Generously sprinkle with almonds and bake for 15-20 minutes.
