Step 1
Scoop the ice cream into 4 balls and roll them gently until round and smooth.

Place them on a wax paper-lined baking sheet and put it in the freezer for about an hour or until firm.

Just before taking the ice cream out, mix the Frosted Flakes crumbs, sugar, and cinnamon in a wide, shallow bowl.

Roll the ice cream balls in the mixture, coating them fully.
Step 5
Return the coated ice cream scoops to the baking tray and put the sheet back into the freezer.
