Mike's Hot Honey Grilled Cheese

InstructionsSpread half the mayonnaise onto one side of each slice of bread and place, mayonnaise-side down, in a skillet.Place one slice of American cheese on top of each.Cook sandwich in the skillet over medium heat until cheese melts and the bread is golden brown, about 2 1/2 minutes.Add bacon, drizzle with Mike’s Hot Honey, stack the slices and serve.
