Step 1
Place the flour with the paprika, garlic powder, sea salt, freshly cracked pepper, and cayenne pepper together in a large rimmed plate; mix until well combined.

Pat the pork chops dry then season each side of the chops with a bit of sea salt and freshly cracked pepper, to taste.
Step 3
Heat the oil in a large cast iron skillet over medium-high heat until HOT.
Step 4
Dredge both sides of the pork chops well in the seasoned flour then gently place them into the HOT skillet.
Step 5
Cook undisturbed for 4-5 minutes then flip over and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes, or until cooked through and golden brown.
Step 6
Remove from the oil and place on a paper towel lined plate before serving. Enjoy.
