Pineapple Dole Whip

Step 1

Place all the ingredients in a blender.

Step 2

Pulse until thick and creamy. Use a spatula to move the mixture down, so it can all be mixed in properly. The mixture will be soft like soft serve, so I recommend freezing it for 30-60 minutes to make it a little firmer for swirling.

Step 3

Spoon the semi-frozen mixture into a piping bag fitted with a large star tip and swirl the soft serve Dole Whip into cups or glasses. Serve immediately.
