Pumpkin Spice Martini Recipe

Step 1

Mix castor sugar and pumpkin spice in a shallow plate.

Step 2

Brush the rim of the martini glasses with maple syrup and then press in the sugar to coat the rim.

Step 3

Freeze the glass for 15-20 minutes to get a nice frost.

Step 4

Add vodka, vanilla extract, pumpkin pie spice, pumpkin puree, sugar syrup, bailey’s, and ice cubes in a cocktail shaker.

Step 5

Shake well and strain the cocktail into the ready glasses.

Step 6

Top with whipped cream.

Step 7

Serve immediately.
