Export 3 ingredients for grocery delivery
Step 1
Start by mashing the raspberries in a bowl.
Step 2
Add the yogurt to the mashed raspberries and stir until well combined.
Step 3
Line a mini muffin tin with liners or use a silicone muffin pan. This makes it easy to pop the bites out once they're frozen.
Step 4
Scoop the raspberry yogurt mixture into the prepared muffin tin, filling each cup about halfway.
Step 5
Place the muffin tin in the freezer and freeze for at least 4 hours, or until the yogurt bites are completely set.
Step 6
Once the bites are frozen, melt the chocolate chips in the microwave for about 1 minute, stirring until smooth.
Step 7
Remove the frozen yogurt bites from the freezer and drizzle or spread the melted chocolate over the top of each bite. Return to the freezer for a few minutes until the chocolate is set.
Step 8
Once the chocolate is set, remove the yogurt bites from the muffin tin and serve immediately, or store them in the freezer for later. Wait 1-2 minutes before removing the bites from the liners so the paper doesn't stick.
