Export 9 ingredients for grocery delivery
Step 1
preheat your oven to 400℉ and line a baking sheet with tin foil
Step 2
pat your salmon dry and place skin side down on the foil.
Step 3
season with salt, pepper and smoked paprika and put in the oven and set a timer for 10 minutes.
Step 4
while the salmon is cooking, put parsley, garlic cloves, apple cider vinegar, chili flakes, dried oregano and olive oil into a food processor or blender. pulse for about 15 seconds until chopped. do not over-blend until fully liquid, you want the texture of the ingredients there! set aside.
Step 5
after 10 minutes in the oven, check the temp of your salmon. cooking time will vary depending on thickness, so after 10 minutes temp it and if it's not done, add a couple minutes and temp again.
Step 6
when salmon is done, pour the chimichurri on top and serve!! the salmon will separate from the skin on the foil, making the cleanup SO easy :)
