Export 7 ingredients for grocery delivery
Step 1
Preheat oven to 170C or 150C fan forced. Grease a 20cm x 30cm baking pan and line with baking paper, allowing long sides to overhang.
Step 2
Stir butter and 300g of the chocolate (see Notes) in a large saucepan over low heat until melted and smooth. Remove from heat. Stir in the combined sugar, then whisk in the eggs, 1 at a time, until combined. Stir in the coconut. Sift the flour and cocoa powder over the chocolate mixture and stir until combined.
Step 3
Pour into prepared pan. Bake for 30-35 mins or until cooked. Cool in the pan on a wire rack.
Step 4
Melt the remaining chocolate in a medium saucepan over low heat. Remove from heat. Quickly stir in marshmallow and lollies, then spoon onto the brownie, spreading evenly and pressing down with spatula. Set aside until set. Cut into pieces.
