This simple whipped cream is perfect on top of any dessert, but especially fruit or cream pies.

Simple Whipped Cream by Hand

(8 ounces) heavy cream

granulate sugar

vanilla extract

With a whisk, whip the cream until soft peaks form.

I made this with the three ingredients as listed above and it had a nice texture and sweetness (not overly sweet). It took me about ten minutes to whisk with a regular size whisk and I kept wondering if it world really work! 🤣😁 It was ab good workout, but I will definitely consider investing in a balloon whisk after this! ♥️
