The preparation Heat the sous vide apparatus to 86 degrees. Cut the broccoli into florets and cut in half. Cut the garlic into chunks and add to the sous vide bag along with some olive oil, sea salt and black pepper. Vacuuming & cooking Vacuum the bag and make sure the vegetables are single layer. Use a second bag if necessary. Cook the broccoli for 20 minutes at 86 degrees. After the 20 minutes, remove it from the bag and place it on a plate or in a bowl. Finishing touch Squeeze half a lemon over the broccoli and grate some parmesan cheese over it. This is going to be a treat! You can make this recipe as crazy as you want.
