Step 1
Stir together pecan butter, magnesium capsule contents, and cayenne in a small mixing bowl and set aside.
Step 2
In double boiler, melt chocolate. Remove from heat. Stir in pecan butter mixture until well blended with the melted chocolate.
Step 3
Spoon out 1 tablespoon worth of mixture into silicone molds, making 14 bites total. Gently press half or whole raspberry into each bite.
Step 4
Place mold(s) in freezer for an hour to allow bites to set. Enjoy 1 bite as a magnesium-rich treat.
Step 5
Bites can be stored in a covered container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week or in the freezer for up to 2 months.
