Step 1
In a small bowl mix brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt together, set aside.
Step 2
After preparing the squash by cutting it in half and removing the seeds and flesh, add 1 TBS butter and half of the brown sugar mixture to each half of the squash. Rub the brown sugar all over the flesh of the squash.
Step 3
Place the acorn squash into the Air Fryer and set the temperature to 375 degrees and timer to 25 minutes.
Step 4
Once the time is up, carefully remove the acorn squash. You can scrape the flesh out and plate it, or serve the butternut squash in the shell (my favorite way) and eat it out of the shell.
