In a small bowl, add the onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper, and mix well. Rub the seasoning mix into the salmon, and then drizzle the bbq sauce on top of the salmon.
Step 3
Place the piece of salmon into the air fryer basket, and set the cooking time for 7-9 minutes, Or when the internal temperature reaches 145 degrees F, by placing the meat thermometer into the thickest part of the salmon.
Step 4
Brush the piece of salmon with additional barbecue sauce, right before serving.
