Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Then preheat a large skillet over medium heat, and add the ghee to melt. Once melted, add the chopped garlic and stir frequently for about 1 minute. Watch it closely because garlic can burn quickly.

Next, add the chopped collard greens and toss them with the garlic. Saute the greens for 2-3 minutes, until they have slightly wilted, but are not completely cooked. Season with pepper, and toss again.
Step 3
Use a wooden spoon or utensil to move the collards around in order to make 4 little nests for the eggs. Crack an egg into each of the 4 holes. Season each one with pepper, and then transfer the whole skillet to the oven.
Step 4
Bake for 5-6 minutes for a slightly runny yolk, or 7-8 minutes for a harder yolk. Once the eggs are cooked to your liking, remove from the oven, drizzle the liquid aminos over the top, and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
