Cake Mix Snickerdoodles: Easiest Cookie You'll Ever Make

Step 1

Pour cake mix, flour, cream of tartar and oil in a large mixing bowl.

Step 2

Break eggs one at a time and add to the bowl.

Step 3

Mix until thoroughly combined.

Step 4

Preheat oven to 350° F.

Step 5

Pour sugar and cinnamon in a shallow bowl or plate.

Step 6

Portion dough using a #40 cookie scoop or a teaspoon.

Step 7

Roll each cookie ball in the sugar/cinnamon mixture.

Step 8

Bake 12 cookies at a time on a parchment-lined cookie sheet at 350 for 12 minutes.

Let cookies rest on cookie sheet for a minute or two before moving them oto a wire rack to finish cooling.
