Step 1

Spray a slow cooker or crockpot with cooking spray.

Place potatoes in the crockpot.

Step 3

Drizzle the potatoes with olive oil.

Step 4

Sprinkle with salt, pepper, Italian Seasoning, garlic powder, and (optional) crushed red pepper flakes.

Step 5

Cook on high for 2 - 3 hours or on low for 4 - 5 hours.

Step 6

In the last 30 minutes of cooking, sprinkle the parmesan cheese over the potatoes.

Step 7

Sprinkle with chopped parsley for garnish. (optional)
