Preheat your grill to 400°F.
Step 2
Put a large pot of well-salted water on the stovetop to boil.
Step 3
Gently boil the potatoes until they are fork tender.
Step 4
Drizzle a grill-safe baking sheet with half the oil.
Step 5
Put the potatoes on the sheet and smash them down with a fork. Drizzle the rest of the oil on top of the potatoes and sprinkle with the kosher salt.
Step 6
Place the pan into the Traeger and let it cook for 15-20 minutes, or until the bottoms have developed a nice golden brown.
Step 7
Carefully flip the potatoes over and let cook for another 15 minutes or so to let the other side brown.
Step 8
Remove from the grilll and enjoy hot!
