Export 6 ingredients for grocery delivery
Step 1
Slice jalapenos in half lengthwise - keeping the stem on the end
Step 2
Using a small spoon, scrape out ribs and seeds from jalapenos and discard. That's where the heat is - so keep some in if you want more spice
Step 3
In a bowl, mix together softened cream cheese, cojack and sausage.
Step 4
Using the spoon, fill the jalapeno halves with the cream cheese mixture. Feel free to mound it up a little.
Step 5
Take a slice of bacon and wrap around the stuffed jalapeno - pull tightly. If you have any extra hanging off, trim that off and use on another half.
Step 6
Place the jalapenos on a parchment lined rimmed baking sheet.
Step 7
Baste with bbq sauce. I like Williamson Bros because it's a thin sauce with a lot of seasoning
Step 8
Bake at 425 for 30 minutes
Step 9
Air fry at 400 for 10 minutes
Step 10
Grill at 400 for 25 minutes
