Strawberry Whipped Cream Frosting

Step 1

Puree Fresh or Frozen Strawberries

Step 2

Add Whipping Cream and Strawberry Puree to a chilled mixing bowl.

Step 3

Turn mixer on high.

Step 4

Mix until soft peaks form.

Step 5

Add Powdered Sugar.

Step 6

Mix at high speed.

Step 7

Just before you get to stiff peaks add White Chocolate Instant Pudding Mix.

Step 8

On slow speed, mix whipping cream and pudding.

Step 9

When it starts to come together, stop mixer and scrape down sides.

Step 10

Check to make sure the pudding hasn't clumped on the bottom.

Step 11

Fold mixture a couple of times with a spoon.

Step 12

Turn mixer back on for just a few revolutions.

Step 13

DO NOT OVERMIX.
