Export 4 ingredients for grocery delivery
Step 1
Preheat Air Fryer to 400F / 200C.
Step 2
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and toss to make sure squash is well coated.
Step 3
Add the butternut squash fries to the air fryer basket, making sure they are in a single layer. You may need to cook them in batches, depending on the size of your air fryer.
Step 4
Cook for 15-20 mins, making sure to turn every 5 mins. You can cook for a longer time if you want the edges to caramelize.
Step 5
Preheat to 400F / Fan assisted 180C / 200C / gas 6.
Step 6
In a bowl, combine all ingredients, tossing to coat the squash well.
Step 7
Place the butternut squash in a single layer on a baking tray.
Step 8
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, turning half way through or till done.
Step 9
Serve your oven roasted butternut squash warm and enjoy.
