Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray a 8x8 baking dish with nonstick spray.

Step 2

Cream cake mix and butter together in a large bowl with electric hand mixer. Add 2 eggs and continue mixing. Pour mixture into the bottom of the dish.

Step 3

In the same bowl mix together cream cheese, powdered sugar, cocoa powder, remaining 2 eggs and vanilla Spread this mixture on top of the first mixture.

Step 4

Bake for 55 minutes. Allow to cool before cutting and serving into desired number of slices.
