· 1 ½ cups white sugar· 1 teaspoon baking soda· 2 cups all-purpose flour· 2 large eggs eggs· 1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple with juice· 1 cup chopped walnuts· ¾ cup flaked coconut
Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease one 9 x 13 inch pan.Step 2In a large bowl, mix sugar, soda, and flour by hand. Mix in eggs, pineapple with juice. Stir in nuts, and coconut. Pour into prepared pan.Step 3Bake for 35 to 40 minutes. Cool on wire racks.
