In a small bowl, whisk together mustard, maple syrup, horseradish, vinegar, olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt and black pepper.

Toss wings in three quarters of the Dijon mixture and let marinate in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to four hours; reserve remaining mixture.
Step 4
Place wings on baking sheet and bake for 30 to 35 minutes, or until they are crispy and reach an internal temperature of 180 to 185 F.
Step 5
Once wings are cooked through, remove from oven and brush with reserved mustard mixture. Serve.
