Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Grease the bottom and sides of a 9x5x3-inch loaf pan with non-stick spray.

In a large bowl, mix the ground beef, onion, tortilla chips, cheese, and taco seasoning just until well combined.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, and taco sauce. Pour it into the beef mixture and stir just until well combined.

Press the beef mixture into greased loaf pan. Spread taco sauce evenly on top.
