flour

plain Greek yogurt

Make dough: Add the flour and yogurt to the bowl of your mixer and mix on medium speed using the dough hook until the dough comes together and comes clean from the side of the bowl. If you don&#039;t have a mixer, add the ingredients to a bowl and mix with a wooden spoon or spatula until just combined, then use your hands to knead the dough a few times until smooth and comes together.

Air fryer hot pockets are simple to make and full of the same flavor you expect from the frozen snacks. If you make these for your family, you&#039;ll never go back to the frozen, store bought kind ever again!

Air Fryer Hot Pockets

all purpose flour

Greek yogurt

salt

cheddar cheese

Pizza sauce

Garlic powder and oregano (optional)

egg (lightly beaten)

In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, yogurt, and salt and mix well until a dough forms.

Add dough to well floured surface and split into 10 pieces. I used a scale for exact measurement, but that&#039;s optional as eyeballing it works too.

Roll two pieces of dough into a rectangle about 3 inch by 4 inches.

Add 2-3 Tbsp ham and 2 tbsp shredded cheese and top with the other piece of dough.

Cut clean edges if desired and use a fork to crimp the edges so nothing will leak from the sides when cooking.

Brush with egg wash.

Add 2-3 pockets to your air fryer and fry for 10 minutes at 360 degrees flipping halfway though so they cook evenly.

Remove and allow to cool for about 5 minutes before eating.

Ham &amp; Cheese Version

Place about 2 Tbsp pizza sauce on one dough rectangle and add pepperoni slices and about 2 Tbsp cheese and top with the other piece of dough.

Cut clean edges if desired and use a fork to crimp the edges.

Brush with egg wash and add garlic powder and oregano to taste (optional but delicious)

Pizza Version

Foolproof 2 ingredient dough naan bread recipe, made with just Greek yogurt (vegan!) and self rising flour (gluten-free!). Thick, fluffy and doughy naan bread made with no yeast and ready in 10 minutes!

2 Ingredient Dough Naan Bread- No Yeast!

self-rising flour (use gluten-free, if needed)

butter of choice (Optional, to brush naan breads)

In a large mixing bowl, combine your flour, salt (if using it) and Greek yogurt. Mix well, until combined. Then, use your hands to form a large ball of dough.

Lightly flour a wooden or kitchen surface. Sprinkle a little extra flour on top of the ball of dough, before transferring it to the floured surface. Flatten into a circular shape and divide into 8 even portions. Flatten each portion into a rectangular shape (like a classic Naan bread).

Heat a non-stick saucepan on medium heat. When hot, place flattened dough and cook for 3 minutes, before flipping and cooking a further 2 minutes. Repeat until all the naan bread is cooked.

Once cooked, if desired, lightly brush the tops of each naan bread with melted butter.

great results but very sour, would use 1/2 cup or less yogurt next time

Wow I cant believe how delicious and easy this recipe was to make. My 9yr old daughter made this to go with her favourite butter chicken that i cooked. It was super fluffy I couldn't believe how good it was considering how few the ingredients were. I've tried other no yeast naan and this one is no doubt the best. Thank you!

Such a brilliant recipe! This dough also works perfectly as a pizza base. I made a batch and froze for quick and easy pizza meals. Honestly, I think this is the easiest, greatest recipe I have ever come across 😃. Definitely recommend.
