This 5 ingredient tilapia recipe with miso butter is a delicious dinner, which is ready in 15 minutes. I always love easy, 15 minute dinner recipes that are also very kid friendly!

5 Ingredient Tilapia with Miso Butter

tilapia fillets

Tablespoons butter

white miso paste

green beans (french style)

white rice (cooked)

salt

In a small bowl melt butter in the microwave (usually 30 seconds for me). Whisk in miso paste until mixed. 

In a nonstick pan over medium-high heat add 1/2 of the butter/miso mixture and the tilapia fillets. Cook 6-8 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the tilapia fillets are coked through and browned on both sides. Note: don&#39;t flip the fish more than once, otherwise it will fall apart.

Sprinkle tilapia with salt while it&#39;s cooking if it&#39;s desire (I usually just add a pinch, but it&#39;s fine without it if using salted butter.)

Cook green beans and rice (I use frozen green beans which can be steamed/cooked in the microwave and 90 second rice).

Divide rice and beans on plates, top with tilapia fillet, and then drizzle/spoon remaining butter/miso mixture onto the tilapia. 

Making a sheet pan breakfast means that all of the food is ready at one time so everyone can eat a warm breakfast!

5 Ingredient Sheet Pan Breakfast

bacon (1/2 package. I like center-cut bacon)

breakfast sausage

eggs

hash brown (I use half of a 30 ounces. bag)

cheddar cheese (optional)

salt (divided)

Preheat oven to 375.

Spray a sheet pan lightly with cooking spray.

Lay out sausage links and hash browns.  Put in oven for 10 minutes. 

Remove from oven. Add bacon and cook for another 15 minutes.  

Remove from oven and crack 8 eggs directly onto the sheet pan.  Sprinkle salt on hash browns and eggs (½ tsp on each).

Put sheet pan back in oven for 12 minutes. Remove from oven, serve and enjoy!

Add your favorite cheese on top for the last 5 minutes of baking time.
