Acai Bowl Recipe

banana (sliced and frozen)

blueberries (frozen)

strawberries (frozen)

milk

plain yogurt ((substitute with milk

(2 packets) frozen acai puree

assorted toppings (nuts, seeds, fresh fruit, granola, coconut, etc.)

Freeze your fruit. Slice your banana and transfer it to a small baking sheet or plate lined with parchment paper. To the same plate, add the blueberries and strawberries (store-bought frozen fruit will work just as well). Transfer tray or plate to the freezer and allow fruit to freeze completely.

Blend. Once frozen, add the milk and yogurt to the bowl of a large, high-speed blender with a tamper (see notes). Add the frozen blueberries, strawberries, banana, and broken up acai. With the blender on low, use the tamper to push the frozen fruit down, mixing around as much as possible. Continue to blend on low until smooth, only adding additional liquid when needed.

Assemble. Divide the smoothie into two bowls and top with all your favorite toppings. Popular additions include sliced banana, nuts, seeds, granola, and berries. Best enjoyed immediately.

In a high powered blender, combine the acai puree, beets, strawberries, almond milk and yogurt. Blend until smooth and desired consistency. If too soupy, add a handful of ice cubes. If too thick, add a tablespoon more almond milk.

These are the best smoothie bowls! The&#x27;re made with Brazilian Acai puree, frozen bananas and blueberries and sweet juice. Then they&#x27;re finished with fresh fruit, granola and honey as desired. One of my all time favorite foods!Makes one large bowl big enough for sharing or 2 smaller bowls.

large ripe banana, (peeled,

(3.5 oz) pkgs unsweetened frozen acai puree, (thawed about 1/3 of the way under warm water)

blueberries

sweet fruit juice*, (then more as needed)

Honey granola

Honey, (to taste (optional))

fruit

Place bowls in freezer while preparing mixture.

Hit acai (in sealed packages) with a meat mallet to break into pieces.

To a high powered blender, add acai, banana pieces, blueberries, and juice.

Blend on a moderately low speed until smooth (lower speed works better for this thickness). If needed you can add a little more juice, and stir occasionally if it&#x27;s too thick to blend.

Blender instructions:

Add bananas to food processor, cover with lid and hold processor down (it will want to jump!) then pulse in bursts to break into tiny bits.

Add blueberries, pulse in bursts to break into bits. Add acai and juice and pulse to a smooth puree.

Pour mixture into chilled bowls. Top with granola, fruit and drizzle with honey if desired.

Large Bananas (Frozen)

170 Grams White grapes (Frozen)

60 Milliliters Coconut yogurt (vegan yogurt)

Teaspoon Blue spirulina powder

0.25 Dragon Fruit (Sliced)

Tablespoons Blueberries

Large Strawberries (Sliced)

Add ingredients

To make this thick blue smoothie add your bananas, white grapes, coconut yogurt and blue spirulina into a blender.

Blend

Blend your fruity ingredients together until thick and smooth; the texture should be just like a whippy ice cream.

Slice

5-Minute Acai Bowl Recipe

(100 grams) packet unsweetened frozen acai berry blend, I

banana, frozen

non-dairy milk or yogurt

Fresh berries, granola, peanut butter, to top, see Notes

In a high-powered blender, combine the acai berry packet, frozen banana, and ¼ cup dairy-free milk of choice.

Blend until completely smooth, adding more dairy-free milk if necessary until your smoothie will blend smoothly. I recommend using the tamper, if your blender has one, to help the mixture blend smoothly.

Pour into a bowl and top with your favorite toppings. Enjoy immediately!

I thought this was such a good and healthy recipe I had to try it! I used a combination of berries, acai, banana, honey and almond milk for the base. And for the toppings I used blue berries,pumpkin seeds, granola and cinnamon.

Tried this Açaí bowl with almonds, peanuts, dark chocolate, chia seeds, and unsweetened coconut..... tasted so amazing!!
