A fun and healthy alternative to the classic potato fry with a sweet and spicy dipping sauce.

Air Fryer Carrot Fries

salt

pepper

garlic powder

mayonnaise

honey

Sriracha

Preheat air fryer to 400°F.

Slice carrots into fries and toss with oil and seasonings.

Place in a single layer in air fryer basket and cook for 5-6 minutes, shaking basket halfway through cooking.

Combine mayonnaise, honey, and sriracha in a small bowl and whisk till combined.

Perfectly roasted in the air fryer, these simple air-fried carrots are Whole30, paleo, and vegan/vegetarian.

Air Fryer Carrots

carrots ({~5 medium carrots})

parsley

thyme

tsp black pepper

tsp kosher salt

Preheat air fryer at 400 F for 2 minutes.

Depending on the size of the carrots, cut each one in halves, quarters or chunks. You may also leave the carrots whole but it will increase cooking time.

Add carrots to a medium-sized bowl and drizzle with olive oil, parsley, thyme, pepper, and garlic powder. Stir to coat.

Brush olive oil on the air fryer basket. Add carrots and spread around to distribute.

Cook at 380 F for 13-15 minutes, shaking at 8 minutes. Each air fryer will be slightly different, so make sure you check on their progress at 8 minutes.

Larger carrots may need more cook time. Cook until carrots are easily pierced with the tip of a knife.

Sprinkle with salt prior to serving.

The same great taste of roasted carrots from the oven in less time and less oil.

I am a huge carrot fan - love the three options here! I think I would have to start with the spicy version :) I just love that combination of flavour!

Carrots are in regular rotation here, but I haven't ever air fried them! This is such a great idea, especially with the different variations to try :)
