This Air Fryer Meatloaf is classic comfort food made quicker and easier in the air fryer! It&#039;s moist, tender, and juicy in the middle, with a slightly crispy exterior.

Air Fryer Meatloaf

Preheat air fryer to 350 degrees F according to manufacturer&#39;s instructions.

In a large bowl, combine beef, bread crumbs, Parmesan, milk, egg, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, Italian seasoning, salt, paprika, onion powder and garlic powder.

Create a sling using a large piece of foil, roughly 2-3 inches wide that will extend beyond the sides of the meatloaf so you can lift it out after. Lightly grease the top and place the sling into the basket of the air fryer.

Shape the meatloaf mixture into a log shape (about 6 inches long by 3-4 inches wide and 1.5-2 inches deep) and place on the sling in the air fryer.

Cook for 30-40 minutes, checking and covering the top with foil partway through if necessary to prevent burning (this is a bigger problem with smaller air fryers, as the element is closer to the meat). Cook until the internal temperature is a minimum 160 degrees F.

Meanwhile, stir together the ketchup and brown sugar.

Open the air fryer, brush on the glaze on top and cook for 2 more minutes.

Remove from the air fryer and let rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing (the longer it rests, the easier it will slice).

Classic Air Fryer Meatloaf

(675 grams) pork and beef mince mix

chorizo

(89 grams) gluten free breadcrumbs

bell pepper

onion

eggs (lightly beaten)

Dijon mustard

Tamari Soy Sauce (or Worcestershire sauce, if not gluten free)

salt (to taste)

black pepper (to taste)

apple cider vinegar

Preheat Air Fryer to 390F / 200C.

Mix the ground pork and ground beef and chorizo in a bowl.

Then add the rest of the ingredients and combine.

Place mixture into a loaf pan or shape into a loaf and place onto aluminum foil.

Put in the air fryer basket and cook for about 20 - 35 minutes. (Use a meat thermometer to check for doneness).

While the meatloaf is cooking, mix the glaze. About 5 minutes before the meatloaf is done, spread the glaze over the meatloaf and cook until done.

Remove from the air fryer and allow to cool for approximately 10 minutes before slicing and serving.

Air Fryer Meatloaf Recipe

Place eggs, Panko and milk in a large bowl and stir. Mix in ground beef, onion, parsley, Worcestershire, garlic salt and Italian seasoning.

Line a loaf pan with parchment paper or foil. Place meat mixture in the prepared pan and form a loaf.

Carefully lift up loaf with the parchment and place in the air fryer basket. Set temperature for 370 degrees for 15 minutes. Check top of meatloaf, if starting to turn brown and crust, place a small piece of foil over meatloaf. Continue cooking at 370 degrees F for another 15 minutes.

In a small bowl, stir together ketchup, brown sugar and ground mustard to make sauce. After the meatloaf has been cooking 30 minutes, spread half of the sauce over top the meatloaf.

Continue cooking for another 10-15 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F.

Let meatloaf rest about 10 minutes before slicing. Add extra sauce if needed.

AIR FRYER MEATLOAF // HOW TO MAKE MEATLOAF IN AIR FRYER

Air Fryer Meatloaf combine des assaisonnements et des condiments piquants avec de la chapelure Panko. Un pain de viande incroyable que toute la famille adorera! Le cuire dans la friteuse à air signifie que votre pain de viande est super moelleux, tendre et cuit à la perfection !

Pain de viande friteuse à air

lb de boeuf haché maigre ((85% boeuf haché maigre))

gros oeufs

petit oignon blanc ((ou oignon jaune))

/ 4 tasse de lait entier

tasse de chapelure Panko

cuillère à soupe de sauce Worcestershire

tasse de ketchup ((divisé en portions de 2 1/2 tasse))

cuillère à soupe d'ail haché

cuillères à soupe d'assaisonnement italien

cc de moutarde moulue

cuillère à café chacun, sel et poivre

cc de paprika fumé

Préchauffer

Préchauffez votre friteuse à air à 375°F (190°C).

Feuille

Utilisez un spray antiadhésif ou de l'huile de cuisson et enduisez une feuille de papier d'aluminium. (Vous aurez besoin d'un morceau légèrement plus grand que votre pain de viande car il reposera dans le papier d'aluminium avec les bords repliés pour bercer le pain de viande.)

Ajouter

Dans un grand bol à mélanger, ajouter tous les ingrédients en veillant à réserver 1/2 du ketchup pour mettre sur le dessus du pain de viande plus tard.

Mélangeurs Horizontaux

Bien mélanger le mélange de pain de viande.

Forme

Formez votre mélange de pain de viande en une forme rectangulaire d'environ 2-3 pouces d'épaisseur et placez-le sur le papier d'aluminium en repliant les bords pour former une casserole pour tenir le pain de viande.

Cuisiner

Cuire à 375°F (190°C) pendant 30 minutes.

La Sauce

Ouvrez la friteuse à air et appliquez soigneusement le ketchup restant sur le dessus du pain de viande.

Cuire 10 minutes supplémentaires à 375°F (190°C). La température interne doit être de 160-165°F (71-74°C). Si ce n'est pas le cas, couvrez d'un petit morceau de papier d'aluminium et poursuivez la cuisson jusqu'à ce que la température soit remontée.

Reste

Retirer de la friteuse à air et laisser reposer et refroidir légèrement, transférer soigneusement dans une assiette de service ou une planche à découper, trancher, servir et déguster !

While the meatloaf is cooking, combine the ketchup, brown sugar, dijon mustard, and Worcestershire sauce in a small bowl.

After 25 minutes spoon 1/4 cup of the topping mixture onto the meatloaf. Place it back in the air fryer and cook for 5 to 10 minutes more until it reaches 165 degrees F.

Remove the meatloaf from the air fryer and top with additional ketchup mixture and enjoy!

This was a great recipe here.  I added ground italian sausage to mine it was very tasty.  I just got my air fryer recently so I'm learning.  I had a big piece of meat though ( 2 pounds i think lol ) next time i will cut it in half lol.  I ended up having to bump up the time.  I was also skeptical about the bake and the air fry settings.  I started out as airfry and got scared so i switched to bake then switched it back again lolo. It finally did right.  it's very iintimidating :)  thanks for sharing!

How to make an entire meatloaf in the air fryer without any racks, pans, or foil. It turns out moist and delicious!

Ingredients

    2 pounds 80/20 ground beef
    2 large eggs
    1/4 cup milk
    2/3 cup Italian breadcrumbs
    1 packet McCormick's meatloaf seasoning packet (1.5 ounce)
    1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

For the Topping

    1 cup ketchup
    1/2 cup light brown sugar
    1 tablespoon dijon mustard

Instructions

This is the juiciest Lemon Pepper Chicken recipe using yogurt to tenderize the meat. In my last few viral videos I was asked if you can make this in the air-fryer so I created this new recipe and video for you all.

Add the chicken to a bowl, add the rest of the ingredients and massage it really well with clean hands.

Cover it and let it sit and marinate on the counter for one hour or in the fridge overnight.

Transfer it into the air-fryer and air-fry at 380F for 15-20 minutes. Read your air fryer manual for the recommended temperature and cook time as each air-fryer could vary.

The cook time will depend on the size of the chicken but you can always insert an instant read thermometer to be sure. Feel free to bake the chicken instead at 400F for 45-60 minutes + a few minutes on BROIL at the end to crisp up the skin.

Enjoy with salad, mashed potatoes, on wraps, with rice, or with any side you like.

Amazing recipe! Even as leftovers it was still delicious.  I usually don’t rate recipes but this one totally deserves all five stars.

Made this with boneless skinless chicken thighs in the oven at 400 degrees for 30 minutes. Came out juicy and the taste was great. Will definitely have to try the original recipe one day in the air fryer with the skin on!

Juicy Lemon Pepper Yogurt Chicken. Thank you for the 17 million + on my yogurt chicken recipes that seem to be a huge hit with everyone. Although yogurt is not a secret ingredient to me or other cultures like India, Middle East, and certain European countries, it is a secret ingredient to a lot of other people around the world. My family and I have been cooking and tenderizing meat with yogurt for generations and it’s by far my favourite way. On my last few viral videos I was asked if you can make it in the air-fryer so I created this new recipe and video for you all. Please keep in mind that you can absolutely bake it in the oven instead at 400F for 45-60 minutes uncovered but be sure to put it on broil for a few minutes at the end to crisp up the skin. If you are unsure and always skeptical or nervous about knowing when chicken the chicken is fully cooked, please use an instant read thermometer. Leg and thigh meat is still safe at 165°F, but it is recommended to cook it to an internal temperature of about 170-175°F (77-79°C). Technically, you don’t have to wait at all but the longer you let it rest, the juicier and more tender it will be. For best results I recommend covered in the fridge overnight.

INGREDIENTS:
6 bone in skin on, chicken thighs — or boneless, any cut of chicken will work
salt to taste
lemon pepper to taste — 1/2-1 tablespoon depending on how you like it
½ tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon oregano
2 heaping tablespoons plain yogurt — I use Balkan-Style but Greek or any you like works
1 tablespoon avocado oil — any oil you like

Air Fryer Meatloaf is a tasty dinner that is made even easier using the Air Fryer. Ready in just 35 minutes, this is a tender, moist meatloaf that is perfect for a busy weeknight!

In a large bowl combine 1 pound lean ground beef, ¾ cup milk, 1 large egg, 3 slices bread, torn up into really small pieces, ½ Tablespoon onion powder, 1 Tablespoon Worcestershire sauce, ½ teaspoon salt, ½ teaspoon dry ground mustard, ¼ teaspoon black pepper AND ⅛ teaspoon garlic powder. I just use my clean hands for this. Don’t overwork the meat, just mix until combined.

Spray a 5-7 quart air fryer basket with olive oil nonstick cooking spray. Shape the meat into a loaf shape (at an angle) in the air fryer basket. You don’t want to make the meatloaf too thick or it won’t cook all the way through. Try to make the loaf shape as even as possible from end to end.

Air fry at 350F degrees for 15 minutes.

While the meatloaf is cooking, prepare the glaze by mixing together ⅓ cup ketchup AND ⅓ cup BBQ sauce in a small bowl.

When the meatloaf has cooked for 15 minutes, brush some of the glaze on the loaf. Note: You won’t use all of the glaze. Save any leftovers for serving.

Air fry at 350F degrees for another 10 minutes. Meatloaf is done when an internal temperature reaches 160F degrees.

Allow the meatloaf to rest for about 5 minutes. Then slice and serve with leftover glaze.

I made this today and it was deeelicious! My husband had two servings and was mmm-mmm'ing while he chewed. (Lol!) It was so quick and easy, too, and didn't heat up the house. You can bet I'll be making this again. Thank you for the recipe!
