Apple Pecan Salad

spring mix lettuce

Apple Cider Vinegar Dressing

apple

havarti cheese

pecans

celery

red onion (*thinly sliced)

Prepare Apple Cider Vinegar Dressing and refrigerate until needed.

Prep salad ingredients and add to a large bowl.

Add in desired amount of dressing and toss well. Taste test as addittional salt or dressing may need to be added.

Serve immediately.

Apple Pecan Salad is ready to eat in less than 30 minutes and that includes the chilling time.

 In a large bowl combine all of the ingredients and mix well.

Set in the fridge for at least 15 minutes before serving.
