Aushak are delicious Afghan leek stuffed dumplings that are traditionally served with a garlic yogurt sauce and a seasoned tomato meat sauce. This vegan version is one everyone can enjoy!

Afghan Aushak (Leek Dumplings)

Also known as &quot;lazy aushak&quot; is really just all the contents of Afghan aushak topped over pasta/noodles. But it doesn&#39;t just end there for me. I like to create layers upon layers and give each layer a love of its own. Starting from the ground beef, to the sautéed green onions, the yogurt mixed with dried mint- then all topped with fresh cilantro and dried mint.
