Bright, tangy, &amp; flavorful, this avocado ranch dressing can be used as a dressing, dip, sauce, or marinade!

Avocado Ranch Dressing

avocado

sour cream

mayonnaise

lemon juice

garlic powder

onion powder

fresh chives (chopped)

fresh dill (chopped)

parsley (chopped)

salt & pepper (each)

milk (or as needed)

Peel the avocado and discard the pit.

Combine avocado and sour cream in a food processor and process until smooth.

Add mayonnaise, lemon juice, garlic powder and onion powder. Pulse to combine.

Stir in fresh herbs &amp; salt &amp; pepper. Add milk to reach the desired consistency.

Refrigerate at least 30 minutes before serving.

This Avocado Ranch Dressing is creamy, flavorful and a perfect addition to your salad, burrito bowl or pizza!

Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until creamy.  Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days

Combine all of the ingredients for the dressing in a blender container, except the dill. Blend until smooth and pourable (add more milk if needed to get to the right consistency), and then add in the fresh dill. Pulse to incorporate slightly, but not blend in completely.

Use immediately or place in the fridge until ready to use. Store in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.

I made this on whim one evening and it was so delicious I love that the ingredients are simple not hard to put together. I actually used it as a dip for my chicken, as I’m on a no carb diet but I don’t care I used a small amount to flavor the chicken thighs. I will definitely be making this again. You can really use it for anything next time I make it I believe I will put it on our chicken salad, it’s very good better than those store-bought salad dressings and dips that have a bunch of chemicals . I highly recommend you give this a try.!
