In a blender add all of the ingredients except the toppings and blend until smooth.

Pour the smoothie into a bowl and top with fresh peach slices, granola, and toasted almond slices.

Add the oats to your blender and pulse blend for a few seconds to break them down into a fine oat flour. Remove from the blender.

Pour the milk into the blender (don’t worry about cleaning out any remains of oat flour), and add all the other ingredients (including the oat flour). Blend to your smoothie bowl consistency.

Spoon into your bowl and sprinkle on any toppings.

Blend

Place the smoothie bowl ingredients in a high-powered blender in the order listed: almond milk, spinach, banana, berries, almond butter, and protein powder (if using). Blend until smooth. The smoothie will be VERY thick. Stop to scrape down the blender a few times as needed and add a little more almond milk if it is completely stuck. Taste and if you would like the smoothie sweeter, add honey or pure maple syrup until your ideal taste is reached.

Scrape into a serving bowl. Add your desired toppings. Enjoy immediately.

Drain and rinse buckwheat really well. Discard soaking water.

To a high-powered blender, add the non-dairy milk and then the remaining ingredients. Blend on high until creamy and smooth, using the tamper as needed.

The consistency should be very thick, but if it&#x27;s too thick for the blender to move, add a few splashes of milk. If it&#x27;s too thin, add more frozen fruit. Pour into two small bowls and add your favorite toppings. Enjoy!

In a blender, puree the yogurt, acai juice, blueberries, raspberries, and banana until smooth. Optionally, for a frothier smoothie bowl, freeze some of the fruit in advance.

Divide the smoothie into two bowls. Top each bowl with equal amounts of granola, banana, blueberries, raspberries, coconut, mint, and a drizzle of honey.

Serve immediately.
