Easy and delicious! I didn't have any brown sugar, so substituted 2 tablespoons of organic honey. Also didn't have dried rosemary, so used a tablespoon of finely chopped fresh rosemary from the garden. I'll be making this again on a regular basis.

This was the best barbecued chicken ever!  My family loved it and any leftovers are perfect in a salad.  I did slightly pound the chicken, so it was super tender but only cooked it for about 4 minutes a side.

Grilling newbie here! This is the first recipe I've made on the grill and it was delicious!

This was probably the best grilled chicken I've ever made! Just perfect, we couldn't stop eating it. I did make one change based on past experience - I grilled it on indirect heat for about 30 minutes, then put it in the fire for a few minutes per side. Extreme juiciness and flavor! I also didn't reserve liquid - not enough would be left for a good marinating, and basting isn't really necessary on indirect heat. For people worried about them cooking at different speeds...always use a meat thermometer!

These chicken breast are easy and delicious. I added some hot pepper flakes to give then a little kick. I grilled them 15 minutes a side, on a gas grill, with indirect heat and they turned out perfect. 5 stars for great taste and simplicity!

Excellent! I had to improvise though because I didn’t have any mozzarella cheese. I used Provel cheese. Also I added a little white wine in the marinade.

Subbed in balsamic vinegar rather than lemon juice and it was absolutely delicious!  I also added some chopped fresh jalapeño to spice it up. Served with steamed asparagus and it was perfect! Will definitely make again.

This was wonderful and perfect for a hot summer evening! I marinated the chicken exactly as the recipe states and that by itself would be great. Wanting the "bruchetta" experience, as the chicken was grilling on the second side I added pesto, then sprinkled moz. on top of that and then spooned pre-made bruschetta sauce on top of that. DELISH! The bruschetta sauce already had olive oil, garlic, and basil in it so it added even MORE flavor!  Wonderful dish!

The sauce is the best thing about this recipe.  Would taste better as a pour over in the end.  The honey made the chicken burn very quickly.  There was no salvaging the skin, which is the best part. Next time I'll grill this for 10 minutes to get a nice skin and grill taste, then transfer to the over to finish it off, put the glaze on in the end.

We love this recipe.  add smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper.  I also add a little raw garlic to the corn for extra flavor.  Basil looks pretty but is not needed to be delicious!

next time instead of saying 3 breasts, put the pounds, they come in all sizes.... This just leaves room for an under seasoned or over seasoned chicken.... looks good though.... needed more salt.....

Guess what just happened? I'll tell ya what just happened! I made this chicken and it is wonderful! This morning I cut up the chicken breast into small chunks and sprinkle the  rub all over it and put it in the fridge until I got home this evening and cooked it. Added a little canola oil to a pan. It's raining here in Dallas so I'm not grilling tonight. But tossed it in the skillet to cook and it's holy cow amazing. I'm shredding the left overs for chicken tacos tomorrow night. Thank you!!!!!

I added some herbs to it, thyme and basil. 1/4tsp hot chilli powder for kick. Ranch sauce on the side. Mixed some in. 9/10 with veggies garlic and onions in a wok.

Delicious!  Had two packets of thinly cut chicken breasts (strips) so doubled some of recipe (not salt nor garlic) and put less cumin, per preference.  This is a new favorite!  Thanks for sharing!

Outrageously good.  I add a few things like a bit of Chipotle or African Cayenne to give a touch of ''zing''.  I have a dual infra-red and conventional bbq so I zap it about 90 seconds on each side at over 1000 degrees then wrap and seal it in foil on the top shelf, about a 400 deg bbq for 7-12 mins, depending on breast size.   I use my handy=dandy remote reading thermometer and as soon as it hits 160F it's outta there........gains a few more deg to make 165.  It will dry out very quickly if you cook it too long.  When cooked just long enough, it is incredibly flavorful, tender and juicy.   Our favorite way to serve is on a hollowed out Costco Kirkland sandwich roll with a mayo/chipotle power dressing.   It was so good I bought bulk qtys of the ingredients, made a 5 pound batch (thats A LOT of chicken breasts) and gave it to friends as gifts.  They're still thanking me (probably campaigning for more truth be known).  While the ingredients are fairly plebeian, the recipients think its made of cardamom and saffron......  I also added a bit more salt, a finer grain kosher as I like the crusting effect on the high temp bbq.  I can't thank you enough for this recipe, it is now the only way we care to eat chicken, at least grilled.

Nice rub.   The coriander gives it a unique and savory flavor.  Used an indoor grill pan.  Chicken came out moist and delicious!
