Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

In a large bowl, add the beef, bread crumbs, onion, milk, egg, 2 tablespoons ketchup, worcestershire sauce, parsley, salt, garlic powder, and pepper. Use your hands to mush and mix these ingredients together until well combined.*

Add the meat mixture to a loaf pan. Pat the meat down into an even layer.

In a small bowl, add 1/4 cup ketchup, the brown sugar, and vinegar. Stir to combine. Pour the sauce on top of the meatloaf and spread it into an even layer.

Bake uncovered for 55 minutes.

Let the meatloaf rest for 8-10 minutes before serving (or it may fall apart).**

Preheat

Preheat oven to 350°F. line your baking sheet with foil and spray with non stick cooking spray. Then set aside.

Mix Wet Ingredients

In a large bowl add eggs, milk, and breadcrumbs. Mix together until well incorporated.

Then, add ground beef, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, yellow mustard, salt, pepper and Lipton Beefy Onion Soup. Use your hands to mush and mix the ingredients together until well combined.

Form a 8″x4″ loaf on the prepared baking tray. Then, bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.

Add Glaze

Meanwhile, combine the brown sugar and ketchup. Spread the mixture over the meatloaf and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes. The total cook time will be 55-60 minutes or until the meatloaf reaches an internal temperature of 160F.

Rest

Let the meatloaf rest for 10 minutes before serving (or it may fall apart)

Preheat oven to 375°F. Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper; set aside.

In a small bowl, stir together ketchup and Worcestershire sauce. Set aside.

In a large bowl, use your hands or a fork to gently combine beef, pork, cornbread, onion, eggs, basil, Dijon, garlic, salt, oregano, pepper, and ½ cup of the ketchup mixture. Be careful not to mash or over-mix or the meatloaf will be dense or mushy.

On the prepared baking sheet, shape the meat mixture into a rectangular loaf.

Spread the remaining ketchup mixture on top.

Bake the meatloaf for about 1 hour, until the internal temperature is 160°F and the meatloaf is cooked through. (A pan of hot water in the oven, under the meatloaf, will prevent the top from cracking.) Remove from the oven and let rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing. Serve warm.

Preheat the oven

Preheat the Oven - Set the oven rack to the middle position, and preheat to 350ºF (177ºC).

Make a panade

Make a Panade - In a medium bowl, whisk together eggs and chicken broth. Add breadcrumbs, whisk to combine, and allow to absorb all of the moisture.

Saute the vegetables

Saute the Vegetables - Heat a medium skillet over medium heat. Once hot, add the olive oil. Add the garlic and saute until fragrant, about 30 seconds. Add onions and celery, and saute until tender and the moisture releases and evaporates, about 6 to 8 minutes. Transfer the vegetable mixture to a small plate and refrigerate until cool, about 5 minutes.

Prepare the meat mixture

Mix the Meat - In a large bowl, add the ground beef, Parmesan cheese, breadcrumb mixture, cooled vegetables, 2 tablespoons tomato paste, parsley, soy sauce, 1 ½ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce, paprika, 1 teaspoon salt, ½ teaspoon pepper, and thyme.Use your hands to gently mix the ingredients until combined, about 1 minute, being careful not to overmix.

Bake the meatloaf

Bake the Meatloaf - Lightly grease a 9-inch by 5-inch loaf pan with olive oil. Press the meatloaf mixture into the bottom and sides of the pan, then use your hands to make a smooth and slightly domed surface.Bake until the internal temperature reaches 135 to 140ºF (57 to 60ºC), about 45 to 55 minutes.

Make the glaze

Make the Glaze - In a small bowl, whisk together maple syrup, ¼ cup tomato paste, apple cider vinegar, ½ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce, ½ teaspoon salt, and ¼ teaspoon pepper.

Drain the pan

Drain the Pan - Remove the meatloaf from the oven and carefully drain excess juices from the bottom of the pan. Increase the oven temperature to 500ºF (260ºC).

Glaze and bake

Brush with Glaze - Use a brush or spoon to spread an even layer of glaze on the top of the meatloaf, and bake for 3 minutes. Brush the second layer of glaze, and bake for 3 minutes. Brush a third and final layer of glaze, and bake until the sauce is lightly browned and bubbly, 3 to 5 minutes.

Slice the meat and serve

Rest Before Serving - Allow the loaf to cool before removing it from the pan for at least 15 minutes on a wire rack. Cut into even-sized slices and serve with any extra glaze on the side.

Preheat oven to 375°F (175°C).

Combine ketchup brown sugar and Worcestershire sauce in a small bowl, set aside.

Make the Glaze

In a large bowl whisk together milk, BBQ sauce, eggs, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, salt and pepper.

Add meat, onions and bread crumbs and stir until combined.

Line a wire rack with aluminum foil and poke holes in it, then place it on a large baking sheet

Form the mixture into a large loaf (about 10” by 5” by 2”)

Bake for 40 minutes.

Remove from oven, spread sauce on top and bake for 10 more minutes or until meatloaf reaches an internal temperature of 160 degrees F.

If necessary, broil for the 2-4 minutes to caramelize the top.

Remove from oven and let cool for at least 5 minutes before serving.

Tried recipe an did a few weeks an it turned out awesome. I used panko bread crumbs, no eggs, upped milk to 1/3rd cup, it takes 50 minutes at 375 ,add 15 more minutes when you apply topping sauce.

Easy Meatloaf with Few Ingredients

meatloaf seasoning (1.5 ounce)

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

In a large bowl combine the beef, seasonings, eggs, bread crumbs, milk, Worcestershire sauce and ketchup. Using your hands, work the ingredients until they are well combined.

Spray a baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray or line it with aluminum foil. Either mold the meatloaf with your hands or spray a loaf pan with nonstick cooking spray and mold the meatloaf in there. Then flip it over onto the baking sheet.

In a small bowl combine the topping ingredients of ketchup, brown sugar and worcestershire sauce. Use a brush or the back of a spoon to spread it on top of the meatloaf.

Bake the meatloaf for 50 minutes, until a meat thermometer reads 165 degrees F.

Once it is cooked allow it to sit for 5-10 minutes before cutting into it to keep the juices in.
