Preheat your pellet grill to 375°F.

Drizzle the olive oil into a grill-safe baking...

Drizzle the olive oil into a grill-safe baking dish. Unwrap the Boursin cheese and place into the middle of the dish. Add the tomatoes, bell pepper, onion, and garlic around the Boursin cheese.

Roast in your pellet grill for 20 minutes.

Super creamy Baked Boursin pasta - made in a single oven dish! Super easy and convienent and so delicious. Inspired by the viral recipe from TikTok.

Baked Boursin Pasta

olive oil (for greasing)

block Boursin Cheese (plant-based)

Fusilli pasta (150 g)

cherry tomaotes (400 g)

salt and pepper

Preheat your oven to 390°F (200°C) and lightly grease the oven dish with olive oil.

Place the Boursin into the middle of the dish and surround it with the pasta.

Pour the tinned cherry tomatoes on top. Refill the empty tin roughly 3/4 with fresh water and add it to the oven dish covering the pasta.

Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the cheese is soft and partially melted. Remove from the oven and stir with a wooden spoon or spatula to combine.

Season to taste with salt and pepper and serve immediately.

cream cheese (1/2 block)

penne pasta (or another favorite medium pasta)

lemon juice (freshly squeezed)

baby spinach leaves, lightly chopped (about 3 ounces)

Preheat the oven to 375℉. 

Add the cherry tomatoes, garlic cloves, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper, and olive oil to a 9x13” baking dish. Toss until everything is evenly coated with the oil and seasonings. 

Create space in the center of the baking dish and place the Boursin cheese and cream cheese in the middle of the tomatoes and garlic cloves. 

Place the baking dish in the oven and cook for 30-35 minutes or until the tomatoes and garlic are soft and fork-tender. 

While the dish is baking, boil the pasta per the directions on the package. Then set the pasta aside. Reserve 3/4 cup of the pasta water before draining the pasta.

When done baking, use a fork to mash the tomatoes and garlic. Add the lemon juice and the spinach to the baking dish and stir to combine it with the softened cheeses, tomatoes, and garlic. 

Add 1/2 cup of reserved pasta water to the sauce in the baking dish and mix it together. Pour the cooked pasta into the baking dish and toss to coat it in the sauce. If the sauce seems to need to be thinned out more, add the remaining cooking water.

Taste and add more salt and pepper if desired. Garnish the pasta with freshly grated Parmesan and chopped parsley if desired. Serve. 

This Boursin Cheese Pasta recipe is made with rotini, veggies, and mouthwatering garlic and herb Boursin cheese. With just 5 minutes of prep and the rest of the time spent in the oven, this creamy baked pasta is over-the-moon amazing and makes a super easy weeknight dinner.

Preheat oven to 400°F. Place the cherry tomatoes, mushrooms, and garlic in an oven-safe greased 9x13 baking dish. Drizzle the olive oil on top and season with salt, fresh cracked pepper, and red pepper flakes. Toss to coat.

Push tomatoes and mushrooms to the sides, then place the Boursin round in the middle, having the tomatoes and mushrooms surround it.

Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, until the cherry tomatoes burst, the mushrooms are roasted, and the cheese melts.

In the meantime, cook the pasta in a pot of salted boiling water according to package directions until al dente. Drain, reserving 1 cup of the cooking liquid.

When the Boursin and tomatoes are done cooking, immediately add in the spinach leaves, stirring so they wilt and to break down the cheese, combining everything to make a sauce.

Transfer the cooked pasta to the pan and toss to combine, adding in some of the reserved pasta water, if necessary, to achieve the desired consistency for the sauce. Stir in the grated Parmesan.

Serve immediately with some shaved Parmesan.

So tasty and delicious. Used 13oz spelt flour pasta. Reduced olive oil to 3 tbsp as pan was oiled with olive oil

My family loves this recipe and has requested on several occasions.

I only made half the recipe so there were no leftovers. Only thing I did different is to add bell pepper and onions to everything else. Will definitely make this again.

Delicious…did not have spinach, so I used zucchini. I served it as a main dish with garlic bread, but it would make a great side dish too.  I think it would pair well with baked white fish or grilled chicken! My husband loved it…he is Gluten Free so I used GF penne pasta! This dish is a perfect dish to take to friends!!

This recipe is easy to make, quite tasty, and, and cozy on a cold day.  

Because my family likes more sauce, I put in a little less pasta than is listed in recipe.  The flavors blend so nicely.
