My ketosis is liquifying my fat and I ate these brownies as my midnight snack for the last 65 days and I have lost 8 pounds. I'll call that a win!! If you want a little extra help to your diet, try boiling it!

I loved it. The changes I made. I used splenda and 1/2 C cocoa. I blended in a food processor. It turned out smooth and silky. Scooped it into 20 mounds and froze. It is the best dessert I have had since starting keto a week ago.

I added sweetener . I like my chocolate fairly sweet.

These are terrible! I would rather just eat a scope of the cream cheese and/or oil alone. I added a 0 carb sweetener, which makes them a little better but I suggest just finding a recipe that tastes better from the beginning without you having to try to add things yourself

So nasty without altering the recipe.  I took them out of the freezer and thawed them out so i could add confectioner.  Wish I had read the comments before making.  Fortunately, it was easy to mix in the sweetener after they had thawed.  I added 1/4 cup of swerve confectioner and then sprinkled some additional confectioner on top of each.  Glad I didn't have to waste the ingredients!  Also, there was way too much coconut oil.  Probably could have used half of what the recipe calls for.  These are good but not without adding sweetener.

I added 1/4c of peanut butter and 1/4c of allulose sweetener. Too bitter without.

These completely hit the spot.  I’m glad I ignored the negative reviews because I don’t like overly sweet chocolate.   I wouldn’t change a thing.  Thanks!

Keto Brownie Bombs Are Perfect Chocolate Fix

These adorable little holiday treats are made with a brownie mix and topped with homemade vanilla buttercream.

Christmas Tree Brownie Bites

box brownie mix

eggs ((follow package instructions))

oil ((follow package instructions))

water ((follow package instructions))

(2 sticks) unsalted butter, softened

sugar

heavy cream

vanilla extract

salt

Green food coloring

Holiday sprinkles

Prepare

Preheat oven to 350ºF and grease mini muffin pan well with nonstick spray; set aside.

Mix Brownies

Prepare the brownie mix according to the box directions and fill each cavity about ⅔ full with brownie batter.

Bake

Bake for about 15 to 17 minutes until the edges are firm but the center is still slightly soft (but not gooey).

Cool

Remove from the oven and use the back of a round measuring teaspoon to indent the center of each of the brownie cups. Let them cool in the pan for 10 minutes.

Take out of Pan

Use a paring knife or table knife to help pop them out of the pan and transfer them to a cooling rack to cool completely before frosting (about 30 minutes).

Whip Butter

While they are cooling, cream the butter on low speed with a paddle attachment until pale and creamy.

Make Frosting

Slowly add in 3 cups of powdered sugar and 3 tablespoons heavy cream a little at a time, alternating between each, while mixing on low over the course of about 3 minutes. If your frosting needs a more stiff consistency, add more powdered sugar. If your frosting needs to be thinned out, add more cream.

Add Ingredients

Add vanilla, salt, and food coloring and whip on high speed for 2 minutes.

Pipe Frosting

Fill a piping bag fitted with a large star tip with the frosting. Pipe the frosting onto the cooled brownie bites, twisting back and forth slightly to make a Christmas tree shape.

Add Sprinkles

Top with sprinkles and star immediately before frosting sets. You will want to add sprinkles as you finish filling each bite since the frosting will start to set and make it hard for the sprinkles to stick.

Soft, chewy, and irresistibly fudgy, these mini brownie bites are made with melted butter, cocoa powder, and chocolate for maximum flavor. The simple, hand-mixed method makes them easy, reliable, and perfect for bite-sized treats.

Chewy Fudgy Brownie Bites (No Mixer)

unsalted butter (cold from the fridge is fine)

tbsp neutral oil ((vegetable, avocado, canola, etc.))

brown sugar (packed)

cocoa powder ((you can use unsweetened natural too))

chocolate (chopped (semi-sweet chocolate chips work too))

eggs (room temperature)

Preheat the oven to 350℉ and prep your 24-cup mini muffin pan by greasing it with melted butter or spraying it with a baking spray. This will help release the brownies from the pan and prevent sticking.

In a medium sauce pan over medium heat, melt the butter completely, then remove it from the heat and add in neutral oil, granulated sugar, brown sugar, dutch process cocoa powder, and dark chocolate.

Return the sauce pan to the heat and stir until there are no clumps, and the chocolate has melted. This could take a couple minutes, but do not stop stirring. Continue to stir and do not burn.  I use a spatula for this step, but you could also use a whisk.Note: Adding cocoa powder to melted butter blooms cocoa powder, which deepens the chocolate flavor.

Remove the pot from the heat and let sit for 5-7 minutes for the mixture to cool.

Once cooled, add the eggs and whisk vigorously for 1-2 minutes. At first the mixture will act like it wants to separate and look weird, but it will come together. Just trust the process. Whisk until it&#39;s smooth and glossy!

Lastly, add flour and salt, and fold in using a spatula until just combined and all streaks of flour have been combined.

Using a cookie scoop or a measuring spoon, pour batter into each muffin well, about ¾ to ⅔ full. The batter will fill all 24 wells.

Bake for 13-15 minutes (start checking at 12 if your oven runs hot) until the brownie bites have risen and the tops are glossy and crinkly. Don&#39;t over bake. Remove from the oven and let cool for at least 15 minutes before removing from the pan.

The best way I found to remove them is to twist the brownie in the pan, then lifting them out using a butter knife. You definitely want to twist before lifting because twisting ensures that all bits of the brownie will come out. I found that if I don&#39;t twist, some brownie bits will remain stuck to the pan.
