This is so yummy! I made it for dinner tonight, and my husband and I thoroughly enjoyed it.

I just started to make Mediterranean dishes for my son who is trying to loose weight and maintain good health. By following your recipes his response always is “ Ma this id damn good”. Nico thank you for sharing such awesome dishes.

I make your recipes all of the time-
So good!! Please make a cookbook!!

Delicious! Had it over arugula and drizzled the lemony yogurt sauce over it like salad dressing. Can definitely see having a poached or fried egg with it for breakfast.

This is such a great recipe. Very flavourful and basic ingredients. Thank you for the cooking tips in the written recipe. (I did add some water, and it turned out perfectly.) At first I served it on a plate, then I thought: beans, rice, onions and spices. That will make a great sandwich wrap. So I put some leftovers in a tortilla, added some yoghurt sauce, and folded it. Delicious!

Absolutely delicious! I used 1 can of kidney beans and 1 can of garbanzo beans, and I really liked having the texture contrast with those two beans.

The perfect comfort food. I didn’t even have to tweek it. Recipe as is is absolutely perfect.

I made this twice now and such a quick easy and quite tasty recipe. Second time added some scotch bonnet and butter beans but both times Me and my kids loved it. Thank you will be trying others

Thank you for the detailed reply, I greatly appreciate it, and I feel better going forward.
